I used a kiosk at Pt. Defiance to buy a 5 trip ticket, but instead got 5 single tickets with the same 5 day expiration date, which meant 3 of them would expire before I could use them. I explained that the machine did not give me what I had asked for, as it had done some time earlier. The ticket taker gave me an envelope and form addressed to the main office to request a refund. I packaged up the tickets filled out the form and sent it off the next day. That was 3 weeks ago. I have still heard nothing. Just one small example. Jon
